Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "bv999j," "we," "us," "our" — refers to the bv999j platform, its operators, and affiliated entities responsible for operating bv999j.bet.
• "Platform" — the bv999j website accessible at bv999j.bet, including all gaming products, the sportsbook, casino games, Jackpot Slots, Cockfighting section, and all associated account management tools.
• "User," "you," "your" — any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity, whether or not they hold an active bv999j account.

• "PKR" or "Pakistani Rupee" — the official currency of Pakistan, which is the sole currency used for all financial transactions on bv999j.

• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits or bonus balances awarded to Users by bv999j under specific promotional conditions, which may be subject to separate bonus terms.
• "KYC" or "Know Your Customer" — the identity verification process required by bv999j before certain account actions, particularly the first PKR withdrawal, are permitted.
• "Self-Exclusion" — a voluntary account restriction applied at the User's request, preventing access to the Platform for a specified or indefinite period.

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions, together with the bv999j Privacy Policy and any product-specific rules or bonus terms published on the Platform, form the complete legal agreement ("Agreement") between you and bv999j. This Agreement governs all use of the Platform and supersedes all prior oral or written agreements, representations, or understandings relating to the subject matter hereof.

5. Your use of the Platform must be solely for personal, recreational purposes. Use of the Platform for commercial gain by operating the account on behalf of third parties, or as part of any business service, is prohibited.

Account Responsibilities

Each User is permitted to hold only one bv999j account. Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one account — whether directly or through a third party — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account termination and forfeiture of any associated balance.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your bv999j Login credentials, including your username and password. You must never share your login details with any other person.
• All activity conducted through your account, whether or not you personally authorised it. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify bv999j immediately via live chat or email at [email protected].

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on bv999j are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). bv999j does not accept or process transactions in any foreign currency. Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay, Raast, and direct bank transfers from major Pakistani banks including HBL, UBL, and MCB.

The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposits are credited to your bv999j account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. bv999j does not guarantee deposit speeds for third-party payment delays outside its control.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods registered in the name of the bv999j account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• bv999j reserves the right to request KYC documentation, including CNIC verification, before processing any withdrawal. Standard first-withdrawal verification is required for all accounts.
• Standard withdrawal processing time for fully verified accounts is under 30 minutes for Easypaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay, and Raast transfers. Bank transfer times may vary depending on the receiving institution.
• bv999j reserves the right to apply a maximum withdrawal limit per transaction or per period. Any applicable limits will be communicated in the account dashboard or upon a specific request to customer support.
• Where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other prohibited conduct, bv999j reserves the right to delay, suspend, or refuse a withdrawal pending investigation.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All wagers placed through the bv999j sportsbook, live casino, Jackpot Slots, Cockfighting markets, Kabaddi section, Top Bowler markets, and any other gaming product on the Platform are subject to both these general Terms and any product-specific rules published on the relevant section of the Platform. In the event of conflict between these general Terms and product-specific rules, the product-specific rules shall prevail in respect of that specific product.

• All wagers are final once confirmed. bv999j does not accept cancellation requests for wagers that have been confirmed and accepted by the Platform.
• In the event of a technical error — including but not limited to a software malfunction, odds display error, or live game interruption — bv999j reserves the right to void any affected wager and return the staked amount to the User's account balance.
• bv999j reserves the right to limit maximum wager amounts on any market or game at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
• The settlement of all sports wagers is based on official results published by the relevant sporting authority. For live Cockfighting markets, settlement is based on the official result declared by the arena operator in the live stream.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by independently certified Random Number Generator software. bv999j does not control, influence, or alter game outcomes in any way.
• Progressive Jackpot Slot prizes are subject to verification before payment. Prize amounts exceeding 1,000,000 PKR may require enhanced KYC verification before processing.

Bonuses & Promotions

bv999j may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, deposit match promotions, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to registered Users. All such offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside the promotion concerned.

• Bonus offers are available only to eligible Users as defined by the specific promotion terms. bv999j reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Unless specifically stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable funds. Wagering requirements and eligible games will be specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• bv999j reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time, with or without notice, provided that such action does not affect wagers already placed in good faith under an active promotion.
• Any attempt to exploit promotional terms through abuse, coordination with other accounts, or any other method designed to circumvent the intent of the promotion constitutes grounds for bonus forfeiture and account review.
• Bonus funds are awarded in PKR and will be credited to the bonus balance within the bv999j account dashboard. Bonus and real-money balances are tracked separately.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bv999j and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one bv999j account, or registering under false or stolen identity information.
• Using the Platform if you are under 18 years of age or if you are subject to a valid Self-Exclusion agreement.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or attempting any form of match-fixing, collusion, or manipulation of game outcomes in connection with any wager placed on bv999j.
• Using any automated software, bot, scraping tool, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for regular human users.
• Money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime using the Platform or its PKR transaction infrastructure.
• Deliberately exploiting software errors or technical malfunctions to obtain a financial advantage. Any such gains are not withdrawable and will be reversed.

• Sharing account access with or placing bets on behalf of another person, including through proxy wagering arrangements.

Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content from the Platform without the express written consent of bv999j.
• Use the bv999j name, logo, or any associated trademarks for any commercial purpose, including advertising, without written authorisation.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any Platform software.
• Frame, mirror, or scrape any part of the Platform for any purpose without explicit written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bv999j and its operators, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any financial loss arising from wagers placed on the Platform, including but not limited to losses resulting from reliance on any odds, statistics, or information provided on the Platform.
• Interruption of Platform access due to technical maintenance, force majeure events, telecommunications network outages, or any circumstances outside bv999j's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your bv999j account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Loss of data, including account history, wagering records, or promotional eligibility, resulting from system errors that are not attributable to bv999j's gross negligence.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits bv999j's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Pakistani law.

Suspension & Termination

bv999j reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any bv999j account at any time and without prior notice if bv999j has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The account is being used for fraudulent purposes, money laundering, or any other activity prohibited under applicable law.
• The account holder has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• The account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Continued operation of the account presents a risk to bv999j, other users, or the integrity of the Platform.

You may close your bv999j account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money PKR balance (net of any applicable bonus forfeiture) will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completed KYC verification and provided no fraud investigation is ongoing.

Amendments to These Terms

bv999j reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, bv999j will provide at least 14 days' notice to registered Users via email to their registered address or a prominent notice on the Platform. Non-material changes may take effect immediately.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and notify bv999j that you wish to close your account before the effective date of the change.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Users in Pakistan are subject to and must comply with all applicable local laws and regulations in connection with their use of the Platform.

In the event of any dispute between you and bv999j, you agree to first contact the bv999j customer support team to seek an informal resolution. bv999j will endeavour to respond to all formal dispute submissions within 10 working days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant competent courts, in accordance with applicable regulations governing online gaming platforms operating in Pakistan.
